Hi there!
I'm Lauren, I'm so glad you're here
We all have moments when we don’t know what step to take next. Sometimes we find ourselves so overwhelmed with stress, unhappiness, or burnout that we can’t make any decisions, let alone the “next best decision” for our lives.
Whether it's anxiety, feeling lost in life, or hitting moments where you don't feel good enough, you don't have to do this alone. My greatest joy as a therapist is witnessing my clients go from struggle to triumph—reaching places even beyond what they expected. It is an honor to help individuals and couples to feel more control, balance, and connection in their lives.

Too often, we have come to believe things about ourselves that are not true. Together, we will work to heal those untrue beliefs, changing the way you view yourself and interact with those around you.
If you are wanting to find more purpose, feel more at peace, and build more confidence in yourself and your relationships, let’s talk.
What if you could begin unlearning the story that you are broken, that something inside of you needed to be fixed? Healing is not about fixing, its about processing your unprocessed wounds from your past.

How therapy can make a difference
I help individuals and couples deeply explore the problems keeping them from living confidently, discover what's preventing them from experiencing rest, focus, and clarity in life, and address what's getting in the way of them and their partner feeling like a team.
Our current stressors, as well as painful and traumatic experiences, can impact our ability to thrive and lead a fulfilling life. My approach is relational and integrative—I truly enjoy connecting with my clients to deeply understand who they are, their pain points, struggles, victories, and growth.

I've also experienced and struggled with many of the same challenges as my clients.
My own experience in therapy changed my life, and I offer my clients an opportunity that can be equally as accessible, transformative, and life-changing. I believe having a safe place to connect and share vulnerabilities is one of the keys to a successful therapeutic relationship.

While there are some parts of our lives we can't change, we can develop a healthier understanding that allows us to heal from our past experiences. By using a combination of evidence-based, trauma informed, psychodynamic, mindfulness, and somatic interventions, we will work together to ultimately live the joy-filled life and have the satisfying relationships you want.
